She has the most distinctive voice in my herd, often called her Muppet call. You usually find her in the barn under a pile of kids. She is head of the baby herd, always keeping the little ones happy and snuggled. She likes them cleaned, cuddled and warmed, and leaves it to me from there. She is as soft and sweet as can be, and absolutely LOVES babies! Not always her own, she is present at pretty much every kidding, helping and cleaning babies. She has a super high, wide, well attached udder that came from her dam. But after the first couple scary days she took off, and thrived! She was a bottle kid for 3 wks, and her dam stole her back and raised her from there! She has been a big stout wide doe, and has great easy fast kiddings for me. Mousse was one of the biggest kids and worst dystocia's ever! She was a fight to get out, and had to be tubed and required extra care. While being socked on is great, it can also be a hinderence in the show ring because it does not look like she has much of an udder in comparison to others.
